Sheets?! :) Really? Camping time is not the time to be messing with bed making every morning.
Get some king size sleeping bags and just throw them on the beds. We're still using the sleeping bags we got with our Coleman Bayside 13 or 14 years ago. They go into the large commercial washer at the self-laundry at the beginning of ever season. For the needlessly fussy :) you can get sleeping bag liners and wash more frequently.
We use a king size flannel bottom sheet over the mattress itself to keep it clean. And with small dogs a waterproof sheet under the flannel sheet.
