Step 1) get a 12v test light and test the 7 pin plug in the bed of the truck by turning the running lights on or a blinker. This will tell you whether or not the problem is on the truck side or the camper side. If it is on the truck side, Dodge does a stupid thing where some lights are controlled by fuses and some lights are controlled by the trucks computer. The ones controlled by the computer need to be taken to the dealer for a reset or you can install a bypass. This happened to me a couple of years ago and I did the bypass. On a separate occasion, I had camper running light problems and removing the cord head, I found a loose ground wire. Those are the 2 bits of real experience that I can add.
