12' door is very limiting. I have a 12' door and I highly suggest a 14' door. I have to let the air out of my bags to get the camper inside. Yes 4x4, yes 35"s, yes cargo box on top. But you never know what the future holds. On another note a loft that you can not stand up fully in is a PIA because lifting and moving things becomes very difficult.
