I was about12' 8" tall as well with an AF basement camper with AC on a 4wd Dodge.
I'd go for a 14' tall door or if you have level paved driveway in front of it you could build a dolly like the pic above and roll it in at a lower height. Not convienent though if you're on and off with the camper a bunch.
