Aren't electric drills electrical?
I can think about set of gears/chains/V-belts to move 4 jacks at the same time, but I don't think you will like the complexity.
5-er landing gear is having heavy shaft connecting them.
The weight and taken space is not crucial on 5-er, but TC have very low limits.
