I like the looks of a lifted truck. However if I wanted to haul any type of a top heavy load{tc for example} I probally would not lift it. After several years hauling a 9.5' hardside on a f-250 ford without any extra lift but with every supension mod I could come up with I was never quite satisfied with the stability.I could just see myself in an emergency siutation with blown rear tire or other evasive maneuver.Personally I like my rig to handle and drive as well as I can make it.I now have a non lifted dodge 3500 drw with a popup alaskan and it drives perfect without any noticable top heavy issues.My wife loves and enjoys driving it, she feels safer and more cofident. Just my 2 cents worth.
