Camper on its side - help

Aren't many accidents caused by owner error? Like a dumb a**, I clipped a barrier at a gas pump and did $5000 damage to my truck. No questions, it was repaired. The vehicle's insurance that hit the camper should be responsible to pay the damage. They sure won't like you, and may drop you, but I bet in court they would have to pay.

I have been stuck hiring lawyers several times ,in CANT LOSE cases and the only WINNER ? was the lawyers,I took my losses and and learned again :trust no one

Who is your insurance carrier?

It might but:
1 you would not feel good
2. cost of lift and jack might not be much higher than your deductible
3. even phone calls are counted on some insurance policy, when taking couple hundreds of dollars claim would be good excuse to raise your annual premium.
4. If you made couple more calls in last year the insurance might not extend the policy and then you are really screw.

X2 on pushing it up the chain. BUT - in the event it isn't covered, WOW! You have like the maximum card to pull on SWMBO. You could really get some kind of benefit out of this whole thing! This could be golden. ;)

Seriously, I sure hope you get a claim and/or not too much expense. :/
