How many of you have the "camper package" on your trucks? I'm looking to buy an new to me f250/350 and can't find any with the "camper package" which I believe is just a set over upper over load sprin...

"Camper pkg" seems to vary from rear2year and Mrf2Mfrg...in the least it gets you a 7 pin plug.
At other times it has increased payload and/or GVWR.
It usually results in some cost savings vs. ordering seperately. See if you can find out what they are offering.
If you have the option...I would likely order it...
