It seems BOTH Camper Parts World (see http://www.yelp.com/biz/camper-parts-world-london) AND Camping World (see http://www.yelp.com/biz/camping-world-san-martin and http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/directory/camping-world) and are bad.
I'm not one to usually waste my time complaining about people or companies. But if you mess with me, my money and my camping(!) then look out - ha.
Camper Parts World is the most HORRIBLE company I have EVER dealt with personally and professionally. GET A CLUE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! See yelp for more details. I posted comments on facebook and google maps/google + but they've been deleted.
Sigh, guess I'll try Amazon - at least no tax and free shipping that's fast.
