campers for 10 people
Hi. Looking for a camper for 10 people. Any ideas. I have a e350 v10 12 pass. to pull it

True. however little of that will be hauled in the trailer. When all of our bunch camps together. Only DW, and my stuff is hauled in the TT. The others pack their own vehicles, and bring what they need themselves. In fact. Stuff for 3 families will NOT fit inside the TT. there is only room inside to sleep, sit around, and eat. Not to store stuff for ten people.
The weight of passengers counts against the weight ratings even though they are in the van.
The OP never said he was bringing multiple vehicles. In fact he mentioned that the van is a 12 passenger unit, so presumably, they are all packed in the van when towing. Growing up we traveled that way all the time (including 3-4 week cross country trips), so it's certainly possible to fit everything (though you do have to limit what each person takes).
