sorry, minor hi-jack - Would you mind posting a picture or two, or describe how you build the bunk? Our #2 is going to be needing a bunk soon and I need to whip something up for him (next year though). I was thinking about using something with PVC and dryfitting so it could be disassembled and stored in the overhead.
my dinette is quite a bit smaller, so I'm not sure I'd fit two on it.
Great trip report. I can't wait to start taking my family on those types of trips. My little girl keeps asking about "camping" I think she likes going because she can get filthy, not have showers and stay up much too late eating marshmellows.
