We camp often with the camper removed from the truck. Aluminum stacker jacks and oak 3x3's provide added support and minimize the wobble. As mentioned, it's best to lower camper as much as possible for best stability.It's nice to have the truck to explore the area with out having to break camp. Enjoy!
