Can I carry loaded gun in my Camper?
I've heard its considered a 2nd home & being its a truck camper I have no access to the guns without parking & unlocking the back door & climbing to get them.

That last sentence may or not be true. I cannot reach my camper because of the Q-cab and a non-operable rear window. Some campers might not even have a front window. Someone else might have a reg-cab with a sliding window that mates to the camper and there is the possibility of grabbing item within reach.
Perhaps due to the possibility of grabbing an item regardless of pick-up truck and camper combo, those who write and make laws will consider it in the same definition as a class C. And, as such it will be subject to the law of "RV's" no matter how much logic is presented if the case is such that the last sentence were true.
