Can shower curtain be replaced with glass enclosure?

Ours came with a sliding glass door and it's been great. The track tends to gather dirt and soap scum, so that needs cleaned out periodically, but other than that it's been really nice. Just make sure it's secured when travelling. I put a bread tie on the safety catch as well as drape a shower mat across the track in case the latch fails. I don't see why it couldn't be fit to any standard shower/tub.
