No, you need a 1 ton diesel dually for a 6800 lb trailer. That's according to geezer.net. The owners of the 40+ or so 30'+ TTs I have watched pull out of the state park all morning today with 1/2 tons of every flavor, may tell you otherwise.
Just seen a Tundra an hour ago with a 32' Keystone stick and tin go past. Looked nice and stable with a reese dual cam. Shiny battleship gray. **** beautiful truck.
