But the camplite you're talking about wont.
And think about the bike thing again. Hanging your few bikes far enough off the back to open a door will have them so far back, they'll be draggin asphalt. Not to mention that moment arm thing.
Why won't the camplite work? I fail to see any reason you couldn't push it all the way forward in a long bed? If the camperbox is short then you don't need to hang the bikes way off the back. Just the normal hitch carrier.
