There would be no problem as long as there was no gray tank tucked behind the drivers side rear fender for a short bed.
I was thinking the same thing with the Northstar Liberty SS but the gray tank is located behind the drivers side rear fender so no way for it to go all the way forward.
I see those food inspection guys driving down interstate all the time with long bed trucks with a short freezer overhead cab pushed all the way forward. They carry a small generator and keep it running to keep the food frozen
