I searched for pictures of the 2008 Malibu Skyline to get an idea of the type of table that it has, and it looks like a table with the folding "X" shaped legs attached to a laminate top.
The legs can be had from Factory RV Surplus for $11 (
see here) and the table top can be anything you like. The same people have
table tops that you can buy to which I presume you can add the aforementioned legs. Total cost would probably under $150 shipping included.
