Carlisle Radial Trail HD tires?

I won't buy another Carlisle tire. I have heard that the newer tires are well liked and better quality that years ago. However, in the mid 90's I had a set of 4. After 1000 miles and two complete tread separations and damage to trailer (properly inflated) I attempted to get Carlisle to replace them and/or help with trailer repairs. They flat out said NO. Never again for me.

I've switched to LT's such as Michelin XPS Ribs and never looked back.
