I suspect the OP’s “dual receivers” are located where the frame rails or tow hooks are, not in the center.
I would make use of those to haul anything on the front. Something as wide as a small motorcycle, or rack will need some stabilization out at the ends anyway. I usually have a toolbox on the front of my truck that’s carried by a normal front hitch receiver, and without some turnbuckle stabilizers connected to the tow hooks I found the movement of the two bumper guides I have on it to be very distracting when driving. Since you’ll be able to see at least some of the MC from the driver seat, I’d want it to be as stable as possible.
