You don't need a station, that is the whole point. As for the grey water, many of us use a bucket to drain this at the campground and eliminate the need for a dump station visit, which allows for extra capacity in one's grey tank.
I don't understand because the small cassette black tank is only around 6 gallons so doesn't it necessitate going to the station more often? Plus I hope you guys aren't just dumping your grey out in the bush. That stuff stinks and is bad for hikers and animals. Attracts bears?
It doesn't have to dump at a station, a cassette toilet can dump in an outhouse or flush toilet. Grey water goes down a drain at the campsite. This was described in previous posts.
