The part number is 5164262. They are as common as scones in UK but nothing comes up in a USA search.

Jfet, You made me go look but you are correct. No parts in USA that I find online other than this one clicky. It does not match your part #.
I looked at the Thetford manual that came with my Northstar, it's a C2 LT model (even has a serial # :)) and there is a USA phone # on the back. 734-769-6000. Reverse directory shows this as Norcold?
As far as Northstar stocking Thetford parts, I would call them. You are likely to talk to the owner, Rex, and he is very responsive to requests.
So far my 10 year old cassette has performed with no problems.
