I looked at the Thetford manual that came with my Northstar, it's a C2 LT model (even has a serial # :)) and there is a USA phone # on the back. 734-769-6000. Reverse directory shows this as Norcold?
As far as Northstar stocking Thetford parts, I would call them. You are likely to talk to the owner, Rex, and he is very responsive to requests.
So far my 10 year old cassette has performed with no problems.
I don't anticipate problems with our C402C but I wanted a spare cassette for extended stays and emergency swapouts. I did find that you can get the cassette by itself from USA distributors by using the part number 32326. The bummer is the cassette by itself is about $215 but the fresh up kit which includes 32326 plus a spare toilet seat is only about $125 USD. You just can't get the fresh up kit from a USA distributor because they don't have a part number to order it.
I guess if we had a lot of people interested we could order a pallet of fresh up kits from Europe, but with people getting 10 years of use out of their first cassette I doubt there would be much response.
By the way, that link you posted says it is just for the bottom tank part of the cassette and seems to not include all of the valves and fittings. A C402C owner would want the part I listed 32326 or the fresh up kit.
