Well, if the Mitsubishi Estate can purchase the Rockafeller Center in NY City in 1989, they why not have the Chinese purchase a small RV manufacture in Northern Indiana. Afer all, isn't that the American way! Create it, then sell it to who ever has the most money! Why should this surprise anyone?

- OasisbobExplorerI have commented in the past on how the Chinese or Japanese interests could change the industry. Quite possibly for the better. Atleast for the consumer. Quality could well go up. Could it get any worse? As always IMHO
- coolbreeze01ExplorerMaybe they will bring some quality to the industry.......
- GordonThreeExplorerMost travel trailers are Chinese product assembled in the USA already... the vinyl floor, the chipboard, the appliances. maybe the robertson screws are made in North America, but that's a stretch. Heavy stuff like the frame is probably welded up here from box section fabricated in China.
What's the difference going to be? - donn0128Explorer IIWho the heck is Riverside?
- FrankShoreExplorerThe Chinese are/were trying to acquire Lance Camper too.
- newman_fulltimeExplorer IInow lets hear all the comments on how much of any trailer is chinnese product
