The biggest problem around here is PNP HID kits. Halogen reflectors were never meant for xenon light bulbs, it's like driving with high beams on, to on coming traffic, and totally scattered light dispersal to the driver. The problem with all the so called white bulbs is they are coated with a blue tint which looks whiter but actually reduces light output. If you at all handy the best solution is to retrofit a proper xenon projector lens into your existing headlamp. The results from this are amazing and do not blind oncoming traffic in the least.
