We bought a set of Correll dishes when we bought our new camper. They seem to be the perfect choice for a variety or reasons:
They can be purchased in a set that is inexpensive.
Some patterns are "open stock" so you can replace an item or add pieces not included in the original set.
The are durable (practically unbreakable).
They can be used in the microwave.
They are thin and nest so as to take up very little room.
They are lightweight.
