Cleaning & sealing a membrane roof

There's no reason other than aesthetics to clean your roof.
As for re-sealing, check out every place there's sealant and if it's cracked or otherwise failing, either fill it in or if needed, remove and re-seal the area.
Avoid soaking the membrane with strong solvents because they will break the material down.
