Cleaning & sealing a membrane roof

I put some oxyclean in a bucket of hot water and use a soft scrub brush.

Actually there is. Cleaning your roof reduces black streaks. Which I guess could be argued that its also aesthetics. But who wants to spend thousands of dollars and have black streaks?
