cleaning a rubber roof
what is the best product and method for cleaning the rubber roof on my camper? thanks

I just use a soft bristle brush attached to a hose. Fresh water and a soft scrub once a year.
The RV has sat outside for 19 years and the roof is now showing signs of need for replacement or application of a sealant.
