Good morning- Quick question, what is better to clean the top of your roof? should I get the one step which is cleaner and conditioner in one. Or the cleaner by it self, and then the conditioner...

Many RVers including me just wash the roof with a soft bristle long handle brush that connect to a garden hose. That's all I've done to the roof since the RV was new 20 years ago.
It did show signs of wear last year so I had the roof coated with a liquid EDPM product. It now looks brand new again.
