Bigfoot RV comes standard with thermal pane windows and has foam core insulation. Arctic Fox from Northwood also has a fairly good insulation package.
The dirty truth is that all of the TT's are limited by the dimensions of the walls and ceilings, some choosing to tout a foil barrier as being R-15 or some such nonsense. Be careful when shopping.
Some day, an RV company will figure out that installing a thermal break between interior paneling and framing cavities provides the extra level of comfort for Winter use. There may be one out there but I haven't found it.
