Getting a good quality 4 season trailer is a good start. Northwoods manufacturing has made high quality 4 season campers for quite a while. We just sold our Nash, it was great.
Then you want to worry about your tanks. In a 4 season camper you likely have enclosed tanks. That helps in cold weather, but its not perfect. You will want to follow pianotuna's advise and look at getting tank pads. You don't need to boil your waste tanks, but you want to keep them from freezing.
Propane keeps you warm, but its expensive. I would suggest you consider an electric heater or 2 for the inside. When we went to NYC in the winter we had an electric oil filled radiator, kept our little trailer warm enough for comfort without blowing through propane.
My Nash ran all the fresh water lines above the floor. Keeping the interior warm would keep all my fresh water from freezing. Our tank was under the bed, a little heat under the bed would prevent freezing and would also result in a warmer bed.
