For what it is worth, we were camped near Detroit MI and met a construction worker who had suffered through one winter and was preparing his TT for the coming winter. He insulated and closed the bottom of the trailer with plywood skirting from walls to ground, wrapped the pipes, and had auxiliary heating etc.
I cannot say what he did to the inside. His biggest problem was the TT might side unoccupied for several days while he was on the road.
I suspect that even the better 4 season TTs will need some additional help in the PA cold.
