Cannot seem to control intensity of Coleman grill flame. It gets too hot such that it will burn the outside of the meat before the middle is cooked. Like the grill but it cooks too hot. Any suggest...

If turning the control knobs don't adjust the flame - then you've found the problem. Call Coleman and see if they are replaceable.
