Unless its an XL your six people will be really cramped inside. That third seat is really for looks and difficult to get into.
As for capacity? Everything above a base trim level with 1/4 tank of gas and one 150 pound occupant reduces your trailering payload.
If you really cannot live without the trailer, look for a used Suburban 2500 or a crew cab 2500 series pickup. Much better choices IMHO
