In my opinion the factory tow rating is useless. It is for a flatbed trailer carrying cement blocks, with no wind resistance.
In the real world I think about 75% of factory tow rating is the max for a COMFORTABLE tow.
7900 lbs tow rating X.75 = about 5925 lbs trailer, loaded.
You will be going over your tow rating by almost a 1000 lbs, not counting all the people and gear.
Your choice, but I wouldn't do it.
