Care to elaborate Cummins.. Got over 12 years and 180,000 miles on the shocks that they replaced for free. Got lots of free flat repairs, tire rotations, balance and alignments done by them and never an issue.
Also went thru 3 sets of LT tires and got 60,000 miles out of them and replaced them early each time.
As soon as I need tires/shocks for the 13, I'll go there again.

For starters I easily get over 100K on BFG's or Michelins.
I have a set of their "best" shocks on the 98 RAM 2500 2wd I recently bought and they are lousy. Try a set of Bilstien's and then you will know how a shock should respond. Any shock will go up and down for thousands, it's the quality ones that keep doing it right for thousands.
If you are happy that's great. I thought RBW made the best hitch until I tried a B&W.
I pretty much found Bilsteins lacking after buying a set of Koni's. YMMV, but Bilstein gas rides terrible on the highways and freeways and interstates here in CA. Rattles your eyeballs constantly, and jars your fillings and crowns right out of your mouth.
