Easy Up, bought a new Easy Up 10x10 straight leg canopy on sale at a local sporting good chain, putting it up and the plastic bushing on one side was busted and caused the rest of the canopy to jam.
Got on their web site downloaded a claim form. Three days later after I mailed it in I received a phone call, asked for pictures, apologized for the situation to me and sent a voucher for a new one. Very smooth transaction they were very nice to deal with.
