Costco. I bought a new laptop from Costco. In less than a month, it got a cup of coffee poured into it, which wasn't helpful. I took it back and told them what happened. They only had one question: "Do you want your money back or another computer?"
I posted earlier about my experience with Leopold.
They spend much less on advertising than their competiters, putting those funds into their legendary warranty policy.. The payoff for them is fanatical customers, many of whom, won't even look at another companys offerings.
