Having a 6.0 Powerstroke and gone through it, my first guess would be head gaskets, and second EGR cooler, as both have been mentioned. The fact that there are no other symptoms is a bit odd, like white smoke, etc. I needed head gaskets at 172,000 miles and currently have 220,000 and so far so good. The head gasket issue caused the puking in my pick up. Two weeks ago had to replace an EGR cooler in my hook lift truck, but that just burned up coolant but no puking. I strongly suggest getting it checked out before driving another 400 miles. Best of luck to you with whatever you decide to do.
