I know a lot of guys have had radiator issues, but fortunately I'm not one of them. 155k and same radiator that it started with. Not all of them leak.
I agree... HG failures on the 6.4 are not very common, but a leaking lower EGR cooler can bend a rod. Need to get it to a shop asap if that's the issue. Seen a many 6.4 in the black box due to owner driving their trucks with a leaking EGR cooler.
