Can you find somewhere to store the trailer and drive the truck home by itself if needed?
Lots of oil change protocols include topping off fluids as a courtesy. How much puking are we talking about? If they overfilled it you may just be repeating their mistake by adding more when it pukes. The temp gauge should be your best friend right now. If it's not running hot I'd probably head for home.
Any odd new exhaust stumbles, loss of power, fuel mileage way down? Any codes? If so I wouldn't drive it except to the nearest Ford dealer. You can buy diag without being having to have it repaired there. Most any town has a diesel shop with way better rates and knowledge. Any good dealer tech soon goes into business or joins an independant shop after they get screwed enough on warranty flat rate times.
