All they did was change the oil and filter. No coolant. I only add the coolant after it shows it's low. Don't know what oil has to do with it?
As a normal part of most "service packages" they check all fluids in the vehicle and top them off if necessary. Sometimes you get an overzealous young shop apprentice that just runs around filling everything to the brim.
