Key is which truck it is, how it was cared for, if the particular pitfalls of it have been fixed (most have 1 or 2 things that need attention for long life) and how many of the "normal" repairs have already been done for a given mileage.
I'd rather see a 150kmile truck with a laundry list of necessary new parts recently replaced than one that says "150k, never touched it ". That, to me, means going to need more brake, suspension, drivetrain and /or accessories parts in the near future.
