Get yourself a laser thermometer and point it around the rig near where this occurs. The thermometer will sense the possibility that insulation might have slipped down inside the wall causing this problem.
Gas furnaces do NOT put out moisture, the combustion is sealed from the internal air being recirculated inside the trailer. Now a catalytic heater WILL place moisture into the trailer.
Make sure the mattress is away from the wall, and get a dehumidifier.
