Tongue weight (326 lb) is going to be to high for your TV limit of 350 lb. Generally the "DRY" list # is with no LP or battery on the tongue. 100 lb +/- and add a WDH of 70 lb. and you are at 495 and still have not put any inside the TT. It will be over 500 easily.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
Just to be clear, you are NOT bumper pulling this TT but have a receiver hitch on your TV.?
Do you have a budget in mind?
I thought part of a WD was to spread the tongue weight to lessen it? I must have been wrong on that.
Yes, i had planned to use a 2 inch class III receiver. I have used my bumper ball to tow a small boat, sub 1k pounds without brakes on it but never intended tow tow a TT from the bumper ball. I had planned for the 7 pin Y plug from Nissan, truck is pre wired and a Tekonsha brake controller.
OK, A Weight Distribution Hitch does just what the name implies. It Distributes weight, mostly to the front axle but some to the TT but does not lessen it. It becomes tongue weight since it is after the receiver.
All of this is irrevelent since the yet to be installed class III hitch rating will determine what the max tongue weight can be. Well that and the rear axle rating, payload rating etc.
See if you can get one with a 600 lb TW rating.

Your 1st choice of TT may be a contender yet. :-)
