if that is the only issue (frontal area) I wouldn't let that deter me based on your planned towing location, etc. that just works the TV harder, so drop your speed, etc. make it easier. the Rpods I was looking at had an optional screen room that would double the floor space. and a real RV toilet.
I bought my Ascend 17 footer instead however.
the only place that exceeding the "limits" is "illegal" is when the person you hit's lawyer reads the fine print in a civil suit and frontal area won't come into the calculation.
