Confused about dealer response to order inquiry

Some dealers understand the internet and some don't. Same goes for some on this forum. I've bought 1 trailer and my last car online. I sent inquiries out to a handful of dealers and purchased through the ones who understood what they were doing.

I can tell you that if you send my company an email inquiry, you will get a response within 1 hour from 7 AM-11 PM and anything later will have a response by 9 AM. Anyone who doesn't "get" the internet these days is at risk of becoming obsolete.
