X plan is actually a few bucks short of invoice and dealer keeps the holdback and gets a 500.00 incentive from Ford to do the deal. I belong to the EAA so I had X plan access on my 2011, I used it so the dealer made the extra 500.00 since they have taken good care of me over the years.
