Don't know who told you that you have to go through the fleet manager, but you don't. Have used X-Plan on 2 different Fords, GM Supplier on 2 trucks, never talked to a fleet manager. Went in, told dealer I had the discount, saw the invoice with the supplier discount price, subtracted rebates, did trade value if I had one, game over. Also, dealer can't do the enormous doc fee, think X-plan allows a small fee, just can't remember how much.
